Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Hobby Horse Arena iPhone application and website. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.

License and purchase

Hobby Horse Arena is a paid application, not a subscription. Your purchase provides a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on compatible Apple devices associated with your App Store account, subject to Apple's rules. Pricing, taxes, refunds, family sharing, and availability are handled by Apple and may vary by storefront.

Fitness and medical disclaimer

The app provides general fitness and entertainment content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency guidance. Estimated jumps, energy, and points are motivational estimates and may be inaccurate. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort, and seek appropriate professional care.

Physical and AR safety

You are responsible for choosing a clear, stable, well-lit space and for checking floors, ceilings, people, pets, furniture, obstacles, and the hobby horse before moving. Keep control of the device and equipment. Children should use the app only with suitable adult supervision. Do not use the app where distraction or movement would be unsafe.

HealthKit and permissions

HealthKit, camera, motion, Photos, and Live Activity features are optional and depend on your device, system settings, and permissions. Denying a permission may limit the related feature but does not remove the core workout catalog.

Your content

You remain responsible for photos you import and share cards you distribute. Do not use content you do not have permission to use, or share content that violates law or another person's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer the app except where law expressly allows, interfere with its operation, misuse the brand or artwork, or use the app for unlawful activity.

Availability and updates

We may update, improve, remove, or discontinue features. Compatibility can change with Apple hardware and software. We do not promise that every AR or HealthKit feature will be available on every device.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Tony Expert is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
